I forgot my reservation. Can you help?

You can request your reservation again,long as you remember the email address you gave us.

I can change my email?

Unfortunately not. If youyou would like to change it would have to register again , and you have to use a different email account to do so .

I can change my booking of transport?

If you can change whenever notify 24 hours in advance. For the change to send an email to: reservas@minivangrup.com.

What is the schedule of calls?

Monday through Friday from 09:00 h to 13:00 h and from 16:00 to 19:00

I have not received my booking transport. What do I do?

Send us an email with your username (email) and tell the reservation which has contracted with us at the following address reservas@minivangrup.com.

Immediately we will contact you to tell you it happened and the solution.

I want to cancel a contract event as I can do?

The plans enventos and entertainment, and sightseeing can not be canceled after confirmation of the reservation.

I want to cancel a reservation for transport as I can do?

You can cancel a reservation of transport, if notified in advance 72h email:reservas@minivangrup.com .
